1. Notice of Cancellation
- Clients may cancel their subscription by providing a written notice via email to support@sitegrid.io or through the client portal.
- A minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle is required to avoid charges for the subsequent month.
2. Monthly Charges
- Monthly service charges are non-refundable once billed.
- If cancellation occurs mid-billing cycle, services will remain active until the end of the paid period.
3. Outstanding Payments
- All outstanding invoices must be settled prior to the cancellation of services. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or service suspension.
4. Data Retention and Transfer

Upon cancellation, SiteGrid will retain your website data for 30 days. After this period, data may be permanently deleted from our servers unless a written request for a transfer is received before the retention period expires.
- If you require assistance with data transfer or backup, additional fees may apply.
5. Reactivation
- Should you wish to reactivate your services after cancellation, a reactivation fee may be charged.
6. Termination by SiteGrid
- SiteGrid.io reserves the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of services.
